HARLEQUIN collects information from Clients and Members when you create an account, update your account, subscribe to our mailing list or newsletters, book a session with our Professional Stylists, participate in any contest or promotion etc. When you create an account, we may ask for information such as your name, email, mailing address, telephone number.
We use this information to process your orders, manage your account, maintain the website and your experience, notify you of updates to the site, services or new offers.
Protecting Your Information
In accordance with the law, all the personal data given by Clients and Member Clients of HARLEQUIN will be kept entirely confidential and would only be transmitted to a third party requesting access to data after obtaining authorization from the Member or Client concerned or unless required by Law.
Members and Clients, because of their registration to the platform or their order, agree to the transmission of some of their necessary information to HARLEQUIN particularly to allow the delivery and payment of their order. It applies to last name, first name, mailing address, email address, and phone number of Clients and Members Clients that have already purchased an order.
The bank information transmitted to pay for the transaction will not be kept by HARLEQUIN unless the Client or Member Client agrees to have them saved for future transactions and future payments. The option permitting the saving of bank information and personal data on the Website or the Application is given to the Clients and Members Clients at the conclusion of a transaction.
