We are confident that you are going to love your Harlequin products. If for some reason, however, you are at all dissatisfied, send it back! We’ll even pick up the tab on the returns for our Member Clients.
We allow 15 days from order receipt to return of unworn clothes in perfect condition.
To begin the return process, simply contact customer service through chat, email or by phone. They will start a file for you with a ticket number and provide you with full return instructions.
If a cancellation of an order comes in within 48 hours of the order placement, a full refund will be issued. After 48 hours, a store credit will be applied to your account for the full amount of the order placed.
If you wish to make a change to your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, you can cancel the order for a store credit in the full amount of your purchase.
